BEFORE WE PARTNER…

let’s make sure we’re a match.

Accelity guarantees qualified leads for each partnership level our clients choose; because of this, we’re picky about who we work with. This means, if we agree to work with your company, it’s because we know our process will work for you.

FIRST MONTH: ONBOARDING

Kickoff

We review the trial or retainer engagement, HubSpot implementation steps, brainstorm content ideas and discuss design and copywriting style preferences.

Design and copy guide

Accelity creates design and copywriting guidelines for use by both teams during the engagement.

Content matrix

Together, we create your content strategy beyond the first campaign. This takes away the month-to-month guesswork by building a solid foundation.

Buyer personas

We create at least one semi-fictional representation of your ideal customer (or multiple personas in a retainer). This helps us send targeted emails that convert your leads!

WEEKLY CHECK-INS

We hold weekly check-in meetings or send email updates to discuss what happened last week, what’s planned next week, and any items that each team needs from the other. In addition, clients have full access to Trello, our project management tool, to watch every item as it progresses throughout the month.

MONTHLY CAMPAIGNS

Once we’ve decided on your monthly content offer, we:

Write copy

Accelity writes copy for the content download, landing page, blogs and emails; then we’ll send to you for review and approval.

Design

Accelity designs the content offer and other campaign pieces, then sends for review and approval.

Implement and execute

Once all of the pieces are complete, we’ll get the full campaign scheduled in HubSpot, and let the campaign run, monitoring to ensure success.

Review

When the campaign is complete, we’ll review the results and tweak our process as needed.

QUARTERLY TOUCH BASE

You’ll have a quarterly discussion with Jackie, our CEO, to discuss wins from the quarter and opportunities for improvement—we maintain a strong partnership with every client.

BI-ANNUAL CUSTOMER SURVEY

We send a short survey to ensure you’re satisfied with your relationship with Accelity and your company’s results. We encourage clients to be open and honest to uncover any current or future challenges.

ANNUAL REVIEW

We review your year’s results and decide together whether the relationship is still a fit. Then, we walk through what another year of partnership looks like and how Accelity aligns with your company’s growth goals for the next year.
